Wires

Wire is manufactured using two processes namely cold rolled and hot rolled. We drawn hot rolled wire rods to produce drawn wire by using state of the art wire drawing machines. We use wire drawing process to reduce the diameter of the wire to various sizes which is used for BRC, Weldmesh, Binding Wire and Nails. Wire drawing process increases the wires tensile strength, better durability and achieve precise wire size. We also have a quality checker team that helps in maintaining the high standard quality wire produced by continuously monitoring the quality of the wire.

Expanded Metal

We manufacture expanded metal using high quality wire which has been cut and stretched to form a regular pattern (often diamond-shaped) of metal mesh-like material.

Rods

Gas rod are manufactured using mild steel wire. We have a very skilled team that precisely combine the chemicals.

Nails

There are a wide variety of nails available, usually consisting of a short shank and large, flat head and no head, generally used for interior, exterior wood working and building purposes. Nails are manufactured using a lot of different material like copper, iron, stainless steel and aluminium, as they usually vary in sizes and lengths one can utilise according to their requirement. The nails we manufacture are of top quality and strength made from hard drawn mild steel wire. They have rings on their shanks just below the head making them more resistant to being pulled as well as the nails have a sharp tip to pierce the wood/material smoothly. Normally they are used for furniture repair, making of various home and office furniture like office tables, computer tables, construction as well as roofing.

Weldmesh & B.R.C

We manufacture a wide range of B.R.C and Weldmesh. B.R.C is manufactured using a semi-automatic machine whereas the Weldmesh machine is fully automatic. The B.R.C and the Weldmesh machines use a perfected fully automatic welding technique controlled by pressure, intensity and duration to achieve strong bond between the line wire and the cross wire at the intersection. We utilize the KEBS standards as a guide for manufacturing as well as we have a dedicated quality control team to continuously monitor the production of top quality products. B.R.C and Weldmesh are multi-purpose products which have a wide range of use but mainly utilized for construction purposes e.g. Light/Heavy industry slabs, concrete shear walls, floor slab, concrete bridge columns, precast structures etc.

Chain-Link & Barbed Wire

We use fully automatic, state of the art machine to manufacture the highest quality of barbed wire and chainlink. They are manufactured using galvanised wire. Chainlink is manufactured with the same length but various different widths whereas barbed wire is manufactured with a standard weight of 20 kg and 25 kg with varying gauges. Chainlink and barbed wire are mainly utilised for fencing. This is because the galvanised wire utilised is prone to rust hence lasting longer than typical fencing methods. We also manufacture twisted galvanised wire without the barbed and chainlink with twisted edges with various different gauges on special orders.
